ADHD Awareness Afternoon 12 Sept 2015

Adult ADHD – an Interactive Forum

Four adults with ADHD, all from different backgrounds, will share a little of their ADHD experiences, and invite interaction from the audience.

They will each speak for approximately 5-6 minutes, and include one of their typical ”ADHD moments”; an unusual, funny or unwitting strategy they have used; and the treatment that has been the most successful for them. The audience will be invited to ask each speaker questions, and offer stories about their own strategies.

No need to book. Donation at the door will help pay for the venue. Stay after the presentation for chat, collect free information, or buy a book. The hotel cafe serves tea and coffee, or perhaps some people might like to stay for a meal and socialise.
