ADHD Awareness Afternoon 12 Sept 2015
Adult ADHD – an Interactive Forum
Four adults with ADHD, all from different backgrounds, will share a little of their ADHD experiences, and invite interaction from the audience.
They will each speak for approximately 5-6 minutes, and include one of their typical ”ADHD moments”; an unusual, funny or unwitting strategy they have used; and the treatment that has been the most successful for them. The audience will be invited to ask each speaker questions, and offer stories about their own strategies.
